HALF DAY TOUR TO CAPE SOUNION WITH DINNER ON THURSDAY 23 AUGUST, 2012

Cape Sounion is noted as the site of ruins of an ancient Greek temple of Poseidon, the god of the sea in classical mythology. The remains are perched on the headland, surrounded on three sides by the sea. The ruins bear the deeply engraved name of English Romantic poet Lord Byron (1788–1824).

NEW ACROPOLIS MUSEUM AND DINNER ON FRIDAY 24 AUGUST 2012

       

The new Acropolis Museum is an archaeological museum that offers a walk through history by housing the most famous works of classical antiquity. It has a total area of 25.000 sq. meters and nearly 4.000 objects are exhibited over an area of 14.000 sq. meters.
