Submission Processes and Deadlines

Submission Tool and Uploading Process:
To upload the blind version of your Submissions (Research Report, Best Practice Reports, Demonstration of Constructionist Media, Poster Presentations, Workshops Proposals and Performances Proposals) and your Abstracts please go to:

http://constructionism2012.etl.ppp.uoa.gr/submission.php

Add your Contact Information in the corresponding form making sure you fill in all fields marked with an asterisk (*). Add your Submission title and the names of all the authors in order they appear on the documents you have prepared. If you need to add more authors, please click on the [Add] button. Select a primary and a secondary Conference Theme in which your Paper should be classified. Select from the drop down list the type of Contribution you are submitting.

Please be sure that your documents are formatted correctly, using the Conference Templates, and that you have named and saved them as requested. Upload your one-page Abstract and then the blind version of your Submission. Click on the Submit button.

A Reference Number will be attributed to your submission. Please print, copy or save the page that appears, as it contains this Reference Number. Moreover, a notification will be sent to your mail address, informing you that your submission was successful.

If you wish to update the documents you have already submitted, you will need to go again to the http://constructionism2012.etl.ppp.uoa.gr/submission.php  page and type the Reference Number in the corresponding field. This will allow you to view your already submitted documents and upload the updated ones.

The same process applies if you wish to edit any other information (e.g. Contact Information) you have submitted before. In any case, a notification mail will be sent to your mail address indicating that your update was successful.

If you wish to upload a different submission (e.g. you have uploaded a Poster Presentation and you need to also upload a Research Report or you need to upload again a Poster Presentation with a different title), please make sure you repeat the process. For each one of your submission you should have different Reference Number.

Deadlines:
Please make sure you have finished your submission process before the deadlines (midnight, GMT+2), announced on the Conference website (http://constructionism2012.etl.ppp.uoa.gr/?pid=2).
